Solar panels are the most cost-effective way of heating your pool as they utilise the pools existing filtration pump and the sun’s rays to warm the pool water. After the water has passed through the pools filter it is directed back to the pool via the solar panels where it absorbs the heat generated by the sun heating up the panels. The heating of the water is completely clean and free as the pump needs to be running to filter the pools water so there is no extra cost for the electricity usage.

The panels can be mounted on the top of pergolas, flat roofs, ready made frames or simply laid on the floor. It is recommended that the panel area is 60% of the surface area of the pool if possible but less will still increase the temperature of the pool. For more specifications please download the PDF at the bottom of the page.

We recommend that the panel installation includes an automatic flow regulation system that controls when water is passed through the panels. This system closes the panels and directs the water directly back into the pool when the panels are too cold to heat the pool water. Without this system the panels could actually be cooling the pool water on cloudy, cold and wet days.

Eco Spark are the most efficient solar panels on the market and work even under windy conditions when most other designs become a lot less efficient. If you would like a more economical panel then please contact us and we can provide you with a quote.

Installation to an existing filtration system is a relatively simple job but does depend on the accessibility in and out of the technical room and the existing layout of the filtration implant pipework. We can install onto existing structures or construct a pergola or frame if you do not have something already in place.

We are happy to provide quotes for supply and installation in the areas of Bari, Putignano, Noci, Turi, Castellana, Fasano, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno and Taranto.
